Shipping Charges
1. Shipping charges are ₹999 per product per quantity. Example: If you order 2 units of a product, the shipping charge will be ₹1,998.
2. These charges apply across all serviceable locations in India.
Estimated Delivery Time
1. Delivery within India: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
2. International shipping (if applicable): 7–21 business days.
Courier Partners
1. We work with trusted logistics providers like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure reliable delivery.
Order Tracking
1. Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
2. You can track your order through the courier's website or from your account on our website.
Damaged or Lost Packages
1. If you receive a damaged product or your package is delayed, please reach out to us at twowheelersolutions@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
