Please note that we are not responsible for any damages caused during shipping or for any shipping costs associated with returning an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 2–4 working days and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Once the replacement is approved, the new product will be shipped within 2–4 working days and delivered within 7–10 days.
